In this position, you would have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory by maintaining relationships with current customers and bringing in new ones to drive business.
You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy.
As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers as needed and increase their sales by expanding their sales opportunities nationwide across several online platforms.

Responsibilities:
Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set in place by the company Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory Coordinate with other members of the sales team and team leaders as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible, and maintain receipts for all job-related expenses and submit them to accounting Identify and establish contact with potential customers for our Outside the Gate Program.
Schedule and conduct Condition Reports for units at their place of business.
Communicate and build relationships to ensure units get sold and posted.
Be knowledgeable of book value for units being posted.
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales Post units for sale on multiple platforms, to increase sale probability.
Maintain great communication with offers and avoid units being double sold.
Requirements Demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives Impeccable interpersonal communication skills Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends and market values.
Ability and willingness to build relationships to gain postings and increase sales.
Must be 21 years old Must have a valid Drivers Licence and be highly proficient in obeying all traffic laws Must have a clean driving record Be able to get in and out of all types of vehicles Work in all weather conditions Be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time Monday through Friday, 8 - 5 with some flexibility Must be organized and clean $1000 sign-on bonus after 90 days!
