is currently hiring an Accounts Receivable / Dispatch / Receptionist for our Donna office.
Responsibilities Perform basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing etc.
Post customers payments by recording cash, checks and credit cards transactions.
Book service calls, dispatching of service technicians and billing service tickets.
Prepare sales invoices, leasing document.
Maintain records regarding payments and accounting statuses.
Research and resolving account discrepancies.
Accomplish accounting and company mission by completing related results as needed.
Requirements Candidates must be computer literate, team player, detail oriented, has good customer service.
You must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
