Responsibilities & Duties Answer phone calls schedule appointments confirm appointments Oversee the process of dental insurance (Dentaquest, Mcna, Tmhp, PPO & Medicare) Collection Helping patient applying for financing (Care Credit) Discussing Treatment with patients Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend ( a Plus) Care Credit Dental terminology Dental coding Microsoft office Microsoft Excel Managing Emails Job Type:
