This would be from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
If you have 2 years of experience working as a bookkeeper or similar field, you may be a good fit for this position.
Starting Pay Dependent on Skills & Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Invoicing - Yearly renewals of Insurance and other Subscriptions - Budgeting - Bill Payments - Payment Processing -Tax Payments Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English and Spanish is necessary.
